Oasis Market was established in January 2024 by co-founders Bart and Carmen, a husband and wife duo with roots in the Portland-metro area. Their shared love for art, design, and vintage, coupled with a desire to make a meaningful impact, inspired them to start pop-up events that would help creative entrepreneurs.
